Services
What is part of our service
We handle the leg inside Russia. Sea freight and customs clearance are not part of it: those are arranged by the shipping line and by a customs broker.
Line-haul delivery by car carrier
We unload at 17 hub terminals across Russia. Other cities are reached by tow truck from the nearest hub, and the responsibility stays with us until the vehicle is handed over.
Cargo insurance
Cargo insurance is mandatory. We calculate its cost based on your insurance policy — send a request or contact the manager.
Photo and video condition report
We record the condition of the vehicle when it is accepted at the terminal and when it is loaded. This is done for every vehicle.
Pickup from a temporary storage warehouse (SVH)
We pick up vehicles within Vladivostok or Ussuriysk and between the two cities — price on request.
Vehicle tracking and customer portal
On our Russian-language site, the last 6 characters of the VIN or chassis number show the stage, the city and the expected arrival. Photos, inspection reports and the contract are in the customer portal (in Russian), with sign-in by a code from our bot in MAX. The manager in charge of your order also reports the status.
Payment
There is no prepayment before we physically accept the vehicle for transport. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account. We can invoice with or without VAT.

From your enquiry to handing over the vehicle

Tell us the number of vehicles, the destination cities and when the cars can be loaded.

Quote and contract
We confirm the price and the transit time, then sign the transport contract.

Acceptance at the terminal
The vehicles arrive at our own terminal: we check the documents, record the condition on photo and video and put each car on the list of the batch.

Loading and dispatch
The cars are loaded onto a car carrier and leave for the destination cities.

Delivery
We hand the vehicle over at the hub city, or bring it to the address by tow truck.

Questions we are asked most often
- Where do you receive the vehicles?
- At our own terminals in Vladivostok and Ussuriysk. We can also pick a vehicle up from a temporary storage warehouse (SVH) or a parking lot in either city.
- Do you arrange sea freight or customs clearance?
- No. We work inside Russia: we take the vehicle after customs — at the terminal, in the port or from a temporary storage warehouse — and deliver it by road. Sea freight is arranged by the shipping line, customs clearance by a licensed customs broker.
- How long does delivery take?
- Novosibirsk 14–15 days, Yekaterinburg 16–17 days, Moscow 18–20 days, Krasnodar 22–23 days. The manager confirms the exact dates in the quote.
- Is the vehicle insured during transport?
- Yes. Cargo insurance is mandatory. We calculate its cost based on your insurance policy — send a request or contact the manager. We photograph and film every vehicle at acceptance and at loading.
- How do we pay?
- Payment terms are fixed in the contract. We take no prepayment before we physically accept the vehicle, and payment is by bank transfer to the company account. We can invoice with or without VAT.
- Can we follow the vehicle online?
- Yes. On the tracking page of our Russian-language site, enter the last 6 characters of the VIN or chassis number to see the stage, the city and the expected arrival. Photos, inspection reports and the contract are in the customer portal (in Russian); you sign in with a code that our bot sends you in MAX. The site does not search by order number: the manager in charge of your order reports the status.
